NEW FEATURES: JUST RELEASED
We have exciting new updates to Moment that we've just rolled out, and we're excited to share them with you!
Scheduling Individual Users
When building a Moment, you now have the ability to send a campaign immediately or schedule a send date for later.
You can even set a scheduled send date that is unique to each individual! This feature is perfect for anniversary and birthday programs - allowing you to send thoughtful Moments without the need to remember annual dates.
The steps are just as easy as before: simply enter the name and email address of your recipient(s), then choose their unique send date.
'Remaining Budget' Visibility
Recipients can now see their remaining budget as they browse for gifts.
This new feature will enhance the user experience, making it easier for recipients to understand how much of their gift budget remains at a glance by dynamically updating the balance as they choose new gifts.
This feature will only be visible if they have been sent a Moment that allows them to choose multiple gifts. Single gift selections will not include this feature.
Recipients will be able to view their balance from the cart as well, above product selections.
Add/Remove Recipients from an Active Campaign
This new feature gives you the ability to add or delete a recipient from any active gift campaign.
Simply click the “Add Recipient” button and fill in the details to add another recipient to your Moment. In contrast, use the dropdown menu under "Action" next to the recipient and select "Delete" to easily remove them from your campaign.
Send Individual Link to Recipient
This feature allows you to copy a unique Moment link and attach it to any email, personal text, or Slack message.
When a Moment is created, an individual email is always sent to the recipient's listed email address. However, we understand the value of being able to send a direct link along with a personal message.
Now, you can copy any individual's Moment link by going to "My Moments," opening the campaign, and clicking the copy symbol at the end of their row. This will copy the link so you can send it to your recipient through any means you prefer!
