Ursa Major is our take on a classic dark roast coffee, with flavor notes of chocolate, spice and roast. After ten years of roasting, we decided to offer an approachable dark roast to our loyal customers who have waited so patiently for this day to come.
We chose to call this blend, Ursa Major, to pay homage to the biggest constellation in the sky, our love of Colorado, bears and family. Ursa Major, means “Great Bear” and sits up on it’s hind legs as a constellation around the winter months here in Boulder, Colorado, just in time for the snow to set in and curl up with a delicious cup of this beautiful dark roast.
