Assam Black Tea:
Awarded "Most Eco-Friendly Black Tea" by Bloomberg Green, this robust, dark, fragrant black tea is from regenerative organic farms in the eastern Indian state of Assam. Commonly used as a basis for English breakfast and chai. Orthodox refers to rolled tea leaves. Whereas most tea bags offer broken tea leaves, our Assam Orthodox Black loose leaf tea are whole leaves that bloom in hot water.
Darjeeling Green Tea:
A unique offering, our Darjeeling Green tea has not been oxidized like its counterpart, Darjeeling Second Flush, and thus it retains its green color and is dried and rolled shortly after being harvested. This fragrant, aromatic organic Green tea is light, refreshing, and nutty, and comes from a biodynamic tea estate at the base of the Himalayas. Try Darjeeling Green iced, for a delicate cold brew in summer months.
Hibiscus Flower:
This tropical flower is not only beautiful on the eyes, but makes for a soothing tea with tart, tangy notes. Regenerative organic certified hibiscus flowers grown in Uttar Pradesh are plucked at their peak, dried, and preserved in their natural beauty. Brew over the stovetop to let the flavors truly develop, then strain out the flowers and enjoy. These flowers are also lovely as an iced tea, with a squeeze of lemon.
