CAN I RETURN OR GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, not. Once you’ve paid for and received your product(s) there are no returns.
However, if we made a blatant mistake somewhere through the ordering / decorating process (e.g. provide the wrong product or a defective product, deliver faulty logo decoration, etc.), we’ll rectify your order to the best of our ability.
No matter what happens, we will endeavor to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Because let’s face it, we care about you. Let’s not get all mushy about it though.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once you’ve paid for your order and it’s gone into production, you cannot cancel the order, or receive a refund.
